In partnership with Renew Transformational Strategies, we help you take your first steps to re-missioning by partnering with you to explore areas where your church can improve it’s organizational health. RTS takes a positive approach of first evaluating your congregation. Once the assessment is complete, RTS will pray, discuss and discern with our team an overall picture of several key aspects of church health. We then generate a report with suggestions of areas that you may want to address.
We look at:
- Spiritual growth
- Outward focus
- Congregation relationships
- Mission and vision
- Lay leadership
- Openness to change
- Facility and finances
- Administrative structure
Cost of the Program
The initial assessment only costs $500.
Once the assessment is complete, RTS will discuss options for implementing their suggestions. Thanks to a generous grant from the Bowen Charitable Trust, the WVBC is able to assist pastors with funds for additional coaching, training or continuing education should the church pursue implementation of the suggestions from the assessment report.
